  1. To prepare organic strawberry syrup, place strawberries and cold water into saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer until strawberries are soft.
  2. Strain strawberry juice into a second saucepan using a fine mesh strainer. Discard pulp.
  3. Stir white sugar into until it dissolves. Bring the juice mixture back to a boil.
